Yoga and Meditation have been a part of Miriam’s lifestyle for over 25 years. Miriam is committed to teaching the ancient practice with authenticity and focuses on the body, mind and spirit connection. Her passion for Yoga is contagious and she loves sharing her practice with the perfect blend of balance, strength and flexility. Because of her in-depth experience in yoga, meditation, anatomy and fitness, her clients benefit from stress reduction, lower anxiety levels and significant reduction in chronic pain. Miriam holds group and private Yoga sessions for ALL levels and is experienced in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa and Power Yoga.

In our stressful lives, Meditation can alleviate stress and bring inner peace. Meditation is an excellent tool that brings balance to our emotions and relaxation to our minds.
